Monk Points and Levels - Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Dazzle Monk Rewards Program. By participating in our loyalty system, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This program is designed to reward our customers for shopping regularly and engaging with our community.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Rewards Program is open to all registered customers on dazzlemonk.com.
1.2 Guests must create an account to earn or redeem points.
1.3 Only one account per customer is allowed.

2. Earning Reward Points

2.1 Shopping Points

• Customers earn 1 point for every ₹500 spent on eligible products.

• Points are calculated based on the order subtotal (after discounts, before shipping/tax).

• Points are credited only after the order status becomes “Completed.”

Example:

If you spend ₹1000, you earn 2 points (worth ₹30).

3. Bonus Points Configuration

You may earn additional bonus points for specific activities:

3.1 Registration Bonus

• New users get 5 bonus points upon creating an account.
   

3.2 Product Review

• Posting a review earns 1 point.
   

3.3 Birthday Bonus

• Customers receive 5 points on their birthday (valid only once per year).
   

4. Redeeming Reward Points
 

4.1 Redemption Value

• 1 point = ₹10 discount.
   

4.2 Minimum Redemption

• Minimum points required to redeem: 0
  (Customers can redeem even 1 point.)
   

4.3 Maximum Redemption Per Order

• Customers can redeem up to 100 points per order, equal to ₹1000 maximum discount.
   

4.4 Maximum Redemption Percentage

• A maximum of 50% of the cart value can be discounted using points.
  Example:
  If cart total = ₹800 → max discount allowed = ₹400.
   

4.5 Redemption Conditions

• Points cannot be converted into cash.

• Points cannot be transferred between accounts.

• Redeemed points cannot be restored if the order is cancelled or refunded.

5. Points Expiry

• Reward points are valid for 6 months from the date of earning.

• Unused points will automatically expire.

• Expired points cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

6. Order Cancellations & Refunds

6.1 If an order is cancelled or refunded, points earned from that order will be revoked.
6.2 If redeemable points were used for a purchase that is later refunded, the redeemed points will not be returned.

7. DAZZLE MONK Reward Levels

Dazzle Monk offers exclusive status levels based on total points earned:
 

Level 1: Curious Monk (0–49 points)
 

Level 2: Explorer Monk (50–199 points)
 

Level 3: Master Monk (200–499 points)
 

Level 4: Elite Monk (500–999 points)
 

Level 5: Legendary Monk (1000+ points)

8. Program Changes & Termination

• Dazzle Monk reserves the right to modify earning rates, redemption values, tiers, or benefits at any time without prior notice.

• Abuse of the program, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent activity will result in account suspension and loss of points.
