At Dazzle Monk, we specialize in authentic numismatics, rare banknotes, collectibles, and art prints. Due to the unique and collectible nature of our products, we follow a strict yet fair return and refund policy to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Wrong product shipped
- Product received in damaged condition
- Manufacturing defect (if applicable)
Returns will NOT be accepted for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Minor variations in color, design, serial numbers, or condition inherent to collectible items
- Damage caused after delivery
- Items that have been tampered with, altered, or used
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Clearance, auction, or limited-edition items (unless damaged in transit)
2. Return Request Timeline
- All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Requests received after this period will not be accepted
- To initiate a return request with:
- Order ID
- Clear images/videos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
3. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging, certificates (if any), invoices, and tags
- Be securely packed to avoid damage during return transit
We reserve the right to reject returns if the product does not meet the above conditions.
4. Shipping & Return Costs
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item)
- We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service
- Dazzle Monk is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
5. Inspection & Approval
- Once the returned item is received, it will undergo a quality inspection
- You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection of your return
- Inspection typically takes 2–4 business days
6. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only
- Refund timeline:
- Within 7 working days after approval
- Bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
Shipping charges, COD fees, and payment gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable
7. Replacement Policy
- If a replacement is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund
- Replacement dispatch is subject to stock availability
- If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account
- Contact your card issuer or payment provider

9. Amount Debited but Order Not Confirmed
- If the payment amount is debited from the customer’s account but not credited to Dazzle Monk, the transaction is considered pending or failed.
- In such cases, the amount is usually automatically reversed by the bank or payment gateway within 7–10 working days, subject to bank policies.
10. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Prices may change without prior notice
- Full payment must be completed before order shipment
- By making a payment, you confirm authorization to use the selected payment method
11. International Orders
- Customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer
- International orders are non-returnable, except in case of damage or incorrect shipment
12. Right to Refuse Service
Dazzle Monk reserves the right to:
- Reject return or refund requests that do not comply with this policy
- Cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse of our return system
