Return & Refund

At Dazzle Monk, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality numismatics, banknotes, collectibles, and art prints. We understand that purchasing these items online can sometimes be challenging, so we have established the following refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Eligibility for Refunds:

Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and certificates of authenticity (if applicable) intact. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been damaged, altered, or show signs of wear.

Non-Refundable Items:

Accessories: Due to their nature, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for accessories. This includes, but is not limited to, display cases, cleaning supplies, and other related items.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@dazzlemonk.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Shipping Costs:

We accept returns only for defective products. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within the specified return window to arrange a return or replacement. (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged or defective).

Refund Processing:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
