It is a red note that is dated 2023 ND, bear the signatures of Maiava Atalina Emma Ainuu-Enari and Lautimuia Uelese Vaai, and measures 139 x 71 mm. Its obverse side features Tueila flower and beach. Its reverse side shows Villa Vailima, Robert Louis Stevenson’s former house, now the Robert Louis Stevenson Museum south of Apia in Vailima, Samoan Coat of arms and Tueila flower. There is no security thread and watermark.
