This 10-cent note from French Indo-China is part of the series of notes issued by the Government General of Indo-China in 1942, designed by Pham Ngoc-Khue, and signed by Chief Treasurer Louis Mayet and Finance Officer Jean Cousin. It is a brown and olive green note that measures 78 mm x 50 mm. Its obverse side depicts two phoenix birds. Its reverse side shows stalks of rice tied with a ribbon and the legal clause. The note does not have a security thread or a watermark.
