The Egypt 5 Piastres Banknote from 2001 features the 18th Dynasty Queen of Ancient Egypt. Its obverse side features a bust of Queen Nefertiti, and the Arab Republic of Egypt panel inscribed in Arabic. At the back is the Arab Republic of Egypt panel printed in English. The note is 96 x 58 mm in size and does not contain any security threads however when placed under a UV light, a watermark image of the Mask of King Tutankhamuns mummy is visible.
