The Bangladesh 10 Taka Banknote was issued by the Bangladesh Bank in 2010. The red banknote bears Bengali text. Its obverse depicts the national emblem showing a shapla flower, rice, and jute. The reverse displays the National Martyrs’ Monument in Savar, the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban (Parliament building) in Dhaka, and a satellite dish at the Betbunia Satellite Earth Station. The banknote contains a windowed security thread with demetalized Bengali text. Its watermark reveals a roaring Royal Bengal tiger with an electrotype bank logo. It is 123 x 60 mm in size. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition.
