This uncirculated 20 Sri Lankan rupee banknote is a standard banknote issued by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. It is a purple and red banknote that is dated 3 July 2005, bears the signatures of Mahinda Rajapaksa and Ajith Nivard Cabraal, and measures 130 mm x 64 mm. Its obverse side shows a native devil mask (vesmuhunu). Its reverse side is vertically oriented and depicts two boys fishing and conch shells. Security features include a solid security thread with printed CENTRAL BANK OF SRI LANKA RUPEES TWENTY and a watermark of a lion holding a whip with an electrotype sword.
