Cyrillic text appears on the left side of the denomination numbers. All four zeros of the denomination are of equal size, smaller than the numeral one. Denomination numerals are absent vertically on the left, with a solid green stripe running along the left edge. On the reverse side, the Parliament building is prominently displayed at the center, also with an overprint. Despite the image, the denomination remains as 1 Rublei on the back.
