This uncirculated 250 gulden banknote from Suriname, dated January 9, 1988, is signed by Central Bank President Henk O. Goedschalk. The reverse side showcases a toucan, hibiscus, heliconia, ginger, and faya lobi flowers, along with an illustration of Anton de Kom delivering a speech to a crowd. Although the note does not have a security thread, it includes a toucan watermark.
