This Laos 500 Kip banknote was released by the Bank of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic in 2015. The multicolored banknote bears Lao text. Its obverse features workers adjusting an irrigation pipe. It also shows electric power towers, tractors, and the national emblem. Featured on the reverse are workers harvesting coffee beans in Boliven Plateau. The paper bill does not contain a security thread but has a watermark that shows a hammer and a sickle with a star. This note is 150 x 69 mm in size and is in uncirculated condition.
