The Georgian 3,000 Kuponi banknote from the 1993 fourth coupon series was designed by Nodar and Bachana Malazonia. The banknote’s main color is brown and yellow and features a carving of a griffin flanking a Borjgali, the symbol of the sun and tree of life on the front design. At the back is a well-crafted carving of a grapevine. The note has a dimension of 115 x 55 mm in size and contains a rhombus pattern watermark and a solid security thread as part of its security features.
