This uncirculated 50 Egyptian piaster banknote was issued by the Central Bank of Egypt in 2017. It has a green, yellow, purple, and orange color scheme and measures 135 mm by 70 mm. Its obverse side shows the Al-Azhar Mosque in Cairo. Its reverse side features a carving of Ramesses II in battle, stylized papyrus flowers, a granite statue of Ramesses II from Museo Egizio in Turin, a prow of a reed boat, and the name of Ramesses II in a cartouche. Security features include a serial number that starts with 326 and a watermark that shows the mask of King Tut-Ankh-Amon.
