The Congo Democratic Republic 100 Franc banknote was issued by the Central Bank of Congo in 2022. The banknote comes in a combination of blue and green. Featured on its obverse are an elephant in the Virunga National Park and the bank monogram. The reverse of the paper bill depicts the Inga II hydroelectric dam on the Congo River. The paper bill bears a solid security thread with a demetalized REP DEM DU CONGO, a watermark that reflects the head of an Okapi or a Congolese giraffe, and a registration device in the form of a 5-pointed star in a diamond design. It is 150 x 70 mm in size and bears the signature of Malangu Kabedi Mbuyi. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition.
