This uncirculated 20 Chinese Yuan note is a circulating commemorative banknote issued by the People’s Bank of China for the Year of the Snake. It is a red polymer note that is dated 2025 and measures 145 mm x 70 mm. Both sides of the note are vertically oriented. Its obverse side features the national emblem, a stylized image of a snake, and a SPARK denomination. Its reverse side shows three children hanging Spring Festival banners and Shanxi residential houses. Because the note is made of polymer, it does not have a security thread or a watermark.
