This uncirculated 250 Iraqi dinar note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Central Bank of Iraq. It is a purple and light blue note that is dated 1995 (AH 1415), bears the signature of Isam Rasheed Hawaish, and measures 176 mm x 86 mm. Its obverse side features the Haditha Dam and a portrait of Saddam Hussein. Its reverse side shows the frieze from the Monument of Liberty in Tahrir Square. The note does not have a security thread or a watermark. It was demonetized in 2004.
