This uncirculated 100 Ariary Madagascar note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Central Bank of Madagascar. It is a blue, yellow, green, orange, and red note that is dated 2017 ND, bears the signature of Henri Edmond Rabarijohn, and measures 114 x 60 mm. Its obverse side features a butterfly as a registration device, outline of Madagascar map, Cathedrale de’Ambozontany and two birds in flight. Its reverse side shows Baron’s mantella (Manlella baroni) frog and a butterfly. Security features include a solid security thread with demetalized BFM 100 and map, and a watermark of zebu cattle head and electrotype 100.
